What you’ll actually be doing.


You'll be taking inbound calls and helping people work through their enquiries. Some calls are straightforward. Some need a bit more thinking and a calm head. Either way, you'll be dealing with real people who need real help and that matters.


You'll have the right tools, clear processes and a team around you. You'll know exactly what you're doing and what good looks like before you take your first call.
