What you'll do as a Customer Care Represenative

You'll take calls from elderly Australians, their families, and carers who need information about aged care and help accessing services. Some calls are quick questions. Others take longer, because people need to trust you before they explain what's going on. You'll work across several computer systems at once to find the right information and the right next step for each caller.

What the job is really like

It's busy. In busy periods, calls come one after another.
Some calls are emotional. People often call because they or someone they love is losing some independence.
There's a lot to learn. Training is paid, and you'll have 4 weeks of extra support afterwards, but it often takes months to feel fully confident. That's normal.
It matters. The people who stay do it because they get to help someone sort out their care or that of a loved one.

What you can expect from us

We believe that work should fit into your life, not the other way around. Joining our team means more than just a job.
It's about having a structure that respects your time, a training program that builds your confidence, and a community that supports you every step of the way.
A job you can plan around.

Rotating shifts, anywhere between 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.
Your roster is set which means your week is too.
No surprises, no uncertainty. Your life outside work stays yours. That's rarer than it should be. And it's exactly what we offer.
Training from day one.
You don't need to know the systems or the processes before you start. We cover everything thoroughly. By the time you're on the phones, you'll be ready and confident.
No industry experience needed. Just bring your whole self to work and we will do the rest.
You'll like the people.

The people you work alongside make all the difference. Same challenges, same humour, same drive to do a good job.

It's the kind of team that makes a demanding day feel a lot more manageable.
